Q.  What is the TSC Rewards Program?
A.  The TSC Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for being a loyal TSC customer. As a Rewarded customer, you will take advantage of great savings and benefits every time you shop at The Sultan Center.
Q.  What are the benefits?
A. 

Instant Discounts: Hundreds of your favorite products throughout the store are discounted instantly and exclusively for TSC Rewards Program members. Discounted items are changed on a biweekly basis. Look for the special signs showing the lower prices for members. Just show your card at the checkout to get the instant discount!

Points Accumulation: For every 1 KD you spend in a single transaction, 1 point is awarded to your account. When you have collected a minimum of 100 points, you may redeem them for your choice of rewards, including:

  • 1 KD cash back voucher that can be used at any TSC store (valid for one year from the issue date)
  • Kuwait Airways frequent flyer miles
  • Wataniya mobile phone minutes & SMS
  • And more! (Additional rewards will be introduced in the future. Rewards available for redemption of points may change at any time.)

Q.  How can I check my points balance?

A.  Visit the Rewards Program Service Desk at any TSC store and our Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you redeem your points. Show your card along with your Civil ID and our reps will do the complete process for you.

Or you can call the Customer Care Center at 1844449 from 8 am till 8 pm (Friday 1-8pm).
Q.  Sounds great! How can I join?
A.  It’s easy to enjoy the benefits of the new TSC Rewards Program. Just pick up an application form at the TSC Rewards Program Service Desk at any TSC store, or apply online at www.sultan-center.com.
Q.  How can I get a replacement or additional card?
A.  You can apply for a replacement /additional card by visiting the TSC Rewards Program Service Desk at any store. The charge for a replacement/additional card is only 500 fils. You will get one main TSC Rewards card, personalized with your name, and three key tags. The card will be ready after 2 working days to be claimed for any TSC store you prefer.
Q.  My wife and I are accumulating points in two different accounts. Can we merge the accounts into one?
A.  Yes you can consolidate the two accounts in one single account and accumulate more points faster. Visit the TSC Rewards Program Service Desk and our reps will guide you through the process. There will be a consolidation fee of 1 KD for each account.

A.  Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.
Q.  I changed my mind. How can I cancel my TSC Rewards Program membership?
A.  We’re sure you will be satisfied with the benefits of membership. But if you change your mind, visit the Rewards Program Service Desk at any TSC store. You will only have to present your Civil ID and hand over your main card and key tags.
