The Sultan Center (TSC) respects and will protect your privacy.
At TSC, we believe that the confidentiality and protection of our customers’ information is one of our most fundamental responsibilities. Therefore, we will use your information only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Whether you are an existing TSC loyalty program member or a new TSC Rewards Program member, TSC declares that any information listed in the application form completed by you, and any other information provided by you, will be treated in a confidential and secure manner, and shall not be shared with any third parties, unless prior approval is obtained from you. (The only exception would be in response to a court order, or other law enforcement agency, and only as required by law. In these cases, we will notify you if the information has been requested, unless prohibited by law.)
What data we collect and how to use it
Certain information is essential to help us understand our customers’ needs, wants and demands, and to improve the quality of our services and products. Therefore, TSC reserves the right to collect the following information:
- Information you provide to us on the membership application form, such as your personal data, demographic information, preferences, etc.
- Transaction information at any TSC Rewards Program participating stores, restaurants, or partners’ stores, including: product purchased, and information about which departments you visit within TSC, or at the partners’ stores.
The information that we collect will be principally used to improve the effectiveness of TSC’s membership program offerings in the following ways:
- Customize your shopping experience
- Respond to your customer service inquiries or requests
- Tell you about great offers, values and featured items
- Send personalized greetings on special occasions
Members opting in and out
The TSC Rewards Program allows us to provide you with special offers and discounts. In order to receive all benefits associated with the card, we will require your authorization. Doing so will make you eligible to receive special reward offers and in-store promotions plus other offers by our partners based upon your purchases. If you do not agree, you will continue to receive the TSC Rewards Program benefits in the store, but you will be removed from the contact list for special offers and discounts.
By accepting the Privacy Policy through the registration process, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your non-public information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Therefore, you are requested to review it periodically to remain informed of any changes.
