Pick up an application form at the TSC Rewards Customer Service Desk in any TSC store, or:
Apply online: Click on “Application Form” and fill in the required details. Within one week, the card will be delivered to your favorite home store.
To take advantage of the full benefits of the program, please fill the entire application form. The information will help us customize the program to better satisfy you and all our customers. Plus the more information you provide, the greater rewards you will receive, starting with 30 bonus points if you complete the entire application!
Note: Members of the previous Advantage Card program can simplify the sign-up process by applying in the store, where a TSC Rewards representative will print out your existing information. Then all you have to do is update as needed and provide the additional information.
