General

• The TSC Rewards Card is and remains the property of The Sultan Center, which reserves the right to amend the conditions of the loyalty card rewards and benefits at any time, as well as to withdraw the card, without prior notice.
  
  
• Those wishing to obtain a TSC Rewards Card must be 18 or over.
  
  
• If your card is lost, damaged or you need an additional card, a replacement card can be obtained at participating TSC stores. A fee of 500 fils per card will be charged for issuing a replacement card.
  
  
• The TSC Rewards Card is accepted at all participating TSC stores.
  
  
• The Sultan Center does not accept any responsibility if the card is lost, mutilated, stolen or utilized by a person other than the original cardholder

Points

• To earn points for a transaction, the TSC Rewards Card must be presented at the checkout prior to payment.
  
  
• Points collected on the card or key chains will be accumulated into the same account.
  
  
• For every 1 KD spent in a single transaction, 1 point is awarded to the customer’s account.
  
  
• Transactions of less than 1 KD will not qualify for points.
  
  
• When the customer redeems the points for any of the rewards, his/her account will be adjusted instantly.
  
  
• Points will expire if not redeemed after 24 months from the date of earning them.
  
  
• The redemption value of points is one point = 10 fils. TSC reserves the right to change the exchange rate at any time.
  
  
• A minimum of 100 points must be collected by the customer prior to converting them into any of the different rewards options.
  
  
• Points will be deducted for the returned items.
  
  
• Points exchanged for rewards with partners will be governed by the terms and conditions of the specific partner at the time of exchange.
  
  
• Points exchanged for vouchers will be governed by the terms and conditions listed on the back of the issued voucher.
  
  
• The options available for redemption of points may change at any time.
  
  

Instant Discounts

• A customer must present his or her TSC Rewards Card at checkout to obtain a discount on any given item during the specific promotion period.
  
  
• Discounts cannot be obtained at a later time, only at the checkout.
  
  
• The number of items on discount may vary from time to time.
  
  
• Items on discount will be returned only at the discounted price after the promotion.

Special Promotions

• Special promotions will be offered from time to time with their own specific terms and conditions.
